For over a millennia, the magical hops of the Saaz region in the Czech Republic have been a staple in brewing great beer. One of the noble hop varieties, they are renowned for their subtlety and delicate aroma. Stella Artois’ Global Director of Hops Willy Buholzer takes us behind the scenes of the annual hop harvest.
