Where East & West coalesce.

Creating a new
exciting brand.

To complete the brand identity & web design, the ideation stage began with R&D around the key message of the brand: East meets West – a blend of Japanese culture in a western environment. Once the board were happy with the direction, we were tasked with designing the full range of assets. The list of deliverables was endless: ranging from full responsive websites to building-wide interior and exterior signage.

Live bookings website.

Covert developed the custom website in a responsive manner so that it works flawless on all devices. Users can navigate a 3D plan view of the nightclub and select their table bookings based on location, type and floor.

Events are dynamically displayed on the site so that social integration happens automatically. Users can book tickets and tables from within the same portal. As always brand messaging and tone were heavy considerations during the website’s design.

Launching into the
UK market.

Brand strategy was considered at every stage of the journey. Once the iconic Enso circle was won over client side, and the various types of Japanese flower dialled in, it was purely a case of ensuring the deliverables were produced in a reusable, on-brand manner.

The digital, social and live events were rolled out simultaneously so all packages were delivered to the relevant departments ahead of time. As with all projects of this nature, we dealt with several third party suppliers, such as signage fitters and mural artists.

Printed media is a huge arena for any business working in the nightlife sector… but that doesn’t mean it has to be boring or off-brand!
Alongside all the standard materials, several brand posters were created for launch according to a template. This ensures that all events and associated promotional materials will remain on-brand in the future.
