Set to be a major football sponsor and appealing to a mass market, inclusive adult audience, Carabao set out to differentiate themselves from other energy drinks and drive further growth in the energy drinks category as a whole, by running an astonishing £1m giveaway coupled with a £1m+ supporting TV ad campaign.
For Carabao’s launch campaign we equipped a fleet of Tuk-Tuks with fully interactive touchscreens and cameras to run the Carabao experiential activations. Consumers were invited to play an interactive game and share their progress/photos socially. Driven round London for several weeks not one drop of petrol was used (fully electric).

For the next of the Carabao experiential activations, Covert developed a custom microsite, designed the can artwork and the complex backend to support and launch their £1m giveaway competition.
Custom code ensured there were no double bookings on prizes and the fortunate winners could easily register and access their loot!
