We are proud to have developed, deployed and maintain Nintendo’s consumer and retail service websites dealing with all post-sale aftercare. Complex API’s were required to be implemented in the process, to ensure a smooth experience for the consumer despite connecting several third party fulfillment systems.
This involved linking the site, customer and repair centre. Real time updates are expected by customers in today’s world, and this was to be no exception. We had to develop the API’s to ensure an hourly report that was conducted within the repair centre, would connect to the site and the customer portal, to ensure customers could access the status of their repair at any time.
